Class of 2031 (Y1)

Year 1 loved their lego workshop! They learnt how to build a model and how to make it move! It was so much fun.

Year 1 had a fantastic time at Judges Lodgings on Thursday! We took part in a Victorian school room and helped out in an old fashioned kitchen. It was so interesting to see how different things you to be.

We have had a very busy afternoon in Year 1 today. Everyone has been using Purple Mash to create an image and save it in their account. We have been singing, reading and played with our friends in the learning areas of the classroom.

Year 1 have been learning how to log onto Purple Mash and have created their own avatar. Purple Mash can be used at home and each child has a username and password at the front of their reading journal.

On Wednesday,  Year 1 enjoyed playing wheelchair basketball. They were all able to move themselves around the court and used excellent team work.

Year 1 loved their yoga session on Thursday afternoon. It was a great opportunity to relax, stretch and be peaceful during a busy first week back!
